“The stores changed so many times over the years and it really sucks that nothing is actually a dollar anymore. I should change the name of the store to $5 store, but if you look carefully you can still find some things for $1.50 for $3, but the stores usually clean and sometimes there's a decent selection but not always. It's pretty picked over often”
“Recently I was on the hunt for birthday balloons. Specific birthday balloons, snoopy colors, should be simple. To my surprise it was NOT!
After going to and/or calling 8 Dollar Tree locations with NO luck, I knew I was in trouble. Then because of freeway congestion I happened upon the Dollar Tree on Southern Ave at Val Vista Drive in Mesa, AZ.
There I found THE balloons I needed for my granddaughter’s birthday! When I delightedly told the manager how happy her store had made me, how awesomely friendly the employees were, how “the” birthday was now going to be complete, she said because of road construction we aren’t getting the foot traffic we normally do, so our stock is better than many stores.
It can’t be only road construction! I believe their stock of balloons has everything to do good management, pleasant employees and a good attitude all around. This will now be a regular Dollar Tree for me! Thanks to Dollar Tree #7262!”

“Have shopped here a number of times while visiting. I love that they have real cashiers instead of self checkout but it's usually busy with a good sized line because they sometimes seem to be shorthanded. So be patient & wait. Employees work hard & try to stock shelves as quickly as possibly. They are friendly & try to help customers find what they need. Every so often I leave with something from clearance as well.”
“The bathrooms were a little dirty not going to lie but it is the dollar tree. But this place has a lot of different things that you don't see at other dollar stores as far as inventory and I really enjoy that”
“The place comes in clutch when you need something. The employees are kind. I came in tonight and a newer gal I has never seen is slammed. She’s got like 10 people waiting in line. I turn down the beauty isle cuz I’m about to pay and there’s a bunch of people in that new gals line. And I see ann employee and ask Jenell the employee if she was gonna open a new line. She says, yea if she asks me for help. I’m assuming she’s referring to the girl slammed. Like ok Jenell, I see you girl. We don’t take initiative to help your colleagues. Anyways, I grab something and I get in her line and I say thank you after paying. She ignored me, I said it again. She still ignored me. This time I look at her and say, “I said thank you”. She got frazzled and said thank you back to me. Come on girl, it’s ok to take initiave and to be kind.”

“Prepare yourself....and pay attention. Prices now range from $1.25 to $7.00+. Most things are still worth the bargain, but I bought dental floss thinking it was $1.50, but it was $5.00. I could have gotten it cheaper at the grocery store.”
“So I went in cause I saw a girl on tik Tok who said she sells her black hair products at dollar tree. I got the edge control and this leave in conditioner and for the $2.50 I spent I am so happy. The edge control is top tier I went months ago and I'm still using the same container”

“I came in this store it was late night and my 12 year old needed to use the restroom after being told there was no restroom by a cashier Harry the store manager immediately corrected the issue and allowed my kid to use the restroom. He was very helpful very friendly had great customer service. I typically do not like to spend my money in establishments that will not allow the use of restrooms since I do have small kids but Harry was great very kind courteous and respectful he allowed my kid to use the restroom no problem at all and I did purchase items afterwards, Harry needs a raise. He most definitely knows what the definition of customer service really is, Thank you Harry!”

“love this store and recently had the best experience ever with a store manager Teresa who walked with me to help me find an item and then helped me find it online with dollartree and I love this location, I've been to many of the others and love those stores also, but I always try to go to this location when I am in the area... I keep a list of items I need to buy and wait until I am able to shop here to stock up”

“This dollar tree is pretty nice, it's always pretty well stocked and I like the fact that they had my favorite Monster flavor this time. Sometimes there are fun little things that surprise you and can be cool, other times you get what you paid for. Though it does not have a bathroom, so you'd have to go elsewhere for that.”

“I just moved here from Lisbon, Ohio and I am looking for a Dollar General that has a good hospitality like a small town that I’m from and when I went in this evening August 8 about 940 I suppose maybe it was a little later and I was walking through getting all my stuff. I had my service dog with me and they absolutely adored him and he adored them. The young man came up and very politely said ma’am, I’m sorry but the store closed one minute ago and I said did you want me to leave and he said no no I’ll go ahead and go check it out and I said I’m really sorry for that and he said no, it’s fine so I went out front and I told him I was looking for a 15 pack of diet Mountain Dew unfortunately they did not have it that’s OK no with all that being said when I go back during the daytime if they have the same hospitality as the nighttime, I will make that store my store to go back to and I wish I could give them more than five stars for this evening experience because of how loving respectful kind they were in our or the people that come into their store so if anybody else decides to go, I hope that you have the same experience I do or did”

“Have been come to this store for years and everyone who has worked here always polite and helpful. With in last few months or so has been new guy at this store and he is always rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to treat customers and has no customer service skills. I’ve asked him for help couple different times when in store and he’s always snappy and rude. I love to shop here and will continue to shop here just won’t deal with Jim ever again and will avoid him when in store. Store is always clean and I’m always greeted when entering. Except when Jim is up front truly hope this does get addressed soon. As it’s been more than one time.”
