“Amazing experience with Johnny at Yellow Jackets AZ Electronics Restoration. He is reliable, professional, and does wonderful work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. He even lent me fans for a week for a completely separate water issue that occurred—which was totally unrelated to what he was originally at my house for! I highly recommend him!”

“Just dropped off my tv for repair. Kind of hard to find but Google Maps will get you there reliably. José walked to the front with his magnifying headgear and light still on. Can tell that he knows everything about these electronics inside and out. Old school honesty, integrity, and expertise. I can already tell I went to the right place.”

“Sometimes the best measure of a company's commitment to customers is shown when everything DOESN'T go right. We bought a refurbished laptop and the screen was bad. They went out of their way to make it right and even delivered the repaired product to our house. Thank you Dave for making it right. The personal touch makes a huge difference.”

“Brought my phone in to have it looked at for a bad speaker. They took the phone to the back, did some testing on it, brought it back out, and said nothing wrong with the speaker/phone. Could be a carrier or a reception issue since I travel all over so that’s very possible and when he handed the phone back no charge. How nice is that. Thank you very much ubreakifix. !”

“The company that I work for uses Flex print for our printer services . I have managed many clinics for my company and they are always on time and get it right the 1st time. I have never had a problem with them in regards to service or supplies. Today I called because my toner blew up in my printer . I called and spoke with Jeremy in service and he was so helpful and nice. He transferred me to supplies , so that I may reorder and I spoke with Yvette who was also a pleasure to speak to . They made a stressful situation better just by having good customer service. Ernie is the tech who services our printer and he always is thoughtful of our work area and gets the job done right the 1st time. Thanks Flex print”

“Miguel helped diagnose why our dryer wasn’t heating and was incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond normal appliance diagnostics and let me know it was likely an electrical issue with our energy management system based on the lack of full power going to the outlet. Sure enough, that’s what it was and we were able to get the dryer working again. I HIGHLY recommend M&M if you ever need any appliance repairs and will definitely be calling them if anything happens to our appliances in the future. Thank you so much Miguel!”
