“Brought a Gretsch guitar in for a pickup swap. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the process. He also gave suggestions on a few things that could use tweaking. The job was done in two days. When I pick the guitar up, Kurt explained everything that was done and even opened the back panel of the guitar to show me his soldering work. This definitely is a person I can trust with my guitars. Judging by his vast experience as both an instructor and luthier, I would definitely recommend him for any stringed instrument service!”

“I ordered a battery online and scheduled for it to be picked up at a local store. The online process was simple and quick. Upon pickup, the batt was ready and the staff was friendly. My only concern (minor at best) is that it took until the next day to be notified that my order was ready for pickup. My assumption is that the battery I ordered was not stocked in this particular store. This is my second order from this same store over the past 4 years. I will use this store again in the next 3-4 years when this battery is end of life.”
