“I’ve been coming to Cellphone 911 for years, and DeShawn has worked on our MacBook at least half a dozen times. It's all cracked Screens that make you think a laptop is finished. Every single time, he figures it out and explains what’s actually going on.
This most recent visit was after I tried a DIY repair and stripped a screw deep in the belly of the beast. DeShawn told me he’d take care of it, and he did. My son Nathan was with me, watched the whole process, asked questions, and learned a lot just by being there. DeShawn was patient, welcoming, and never rushed us.
What really sets this place apart is honesty. He could have upsold parts or quoted a much bigger repair. Instead, he fixed the problem, double-checked everything, and charged me twenty dollars.
The shop is not flashy, but it’s a place where real work gets done by someone who cares about doing it right. If you value skill, integrity, and straight answers, this is the place to go.”
