I had to fax important documents. I went into the store and spoke with Dillion. I wasn't too savvy on how to fax 2 sided documents. He asked for my documents and made individual copies to help me out. I thanked Dillion many times. Customer service is still alive here at the FedEx store! Thanks again Dillion!!!
