“I can always count on this place having the real estate signs that I need. I sell some cool houses in NE Mesa that could have RV garages for instance or a guest house or a four car garage or a basement and I know that I can get a sign there quickly. The other week, I went in to get some open house signs. I went in at about 4:30 or so and I realized that in addition to the open house signs I needed some listing signs. I asked the turn-time for signs to be made and the lady working there said she could do it that day. At that moment, it was like about 5 minutes to closing. I told her that I didn't need her to stay late on a Friday. She mentioned that she committed to another person to stick around because the customer was running behind. She clearly was going above and beyond for me and for the other customer.I will say this, when I first went there and bought stuff, the same lady was helpful, knowledgeable, and did her best. Every time I have gone in, it seems like she is the last person working there. She doesn't have the most bubbly of personalities but she gets the job done. Different people have different levels of interpersonal interaction and she seems to be on the more quiet and matter-of-fact type. I would rather have the excellent customer service and knowledge and ability to think on her feet than a person that is all smiles and not much in the way of substance. Taking time to really see her as the wonderful person she is would allow all to have the best of experiences possible.This place is great, has a knowledgeable and able employee, and the prices are very fair.”
