She wasn’t condescending when talking about my health issues and I actually felt seen. This is a very different experience than I am used to.I returned the next day to get blood drawn for labs. I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn, but Rachel (? I believe that’s her name) was fantastic. Her positive energy is contagious. Also, she has needle poking skills like none other. I didn’t even feel the needle prick and had no discomfort when my blood was being drawn.I can’t speak on the billing side of things yet. But so far, I really like this place.”
