I made a same day appointment, showed up a little early, and they got me in and out by the time my appointment slot originally was. The ladies were so kind and my phlebotomist was very understanding that I hate needles. Definitely would come back here for an easy process.”

“I have gone to this facility on two occasions (once in January 2024 and just recently on January 7, 2026 and have found the staff here to be friendly and professional. My only concern on this most recent visit (to renew my ADOT certification card for my employer) was when I was given the "whisper" test. I don't recall if this was done 2 years ago but did not see the logic of this test. Facing a wall and have the technician whisper numbers (ie. 3, 4, 5). I drive a truck and trailer, delivering/picking up products from our clients, "whispering" isn't in my job description. Nevertheless, I passed but was concerned what if I didn't (my hearing is fine but that low of volume from a person isn't easy to identify). Beyond that, no complaints with this facility.”

“Kristin Romesburg is AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable with her and listened to everything I had to say, which is a lot, due to all the health issues I have. She is thorough, kind and compassionate. She recommended some EXCELLENT specialists based on patient opinions that had been shared with her, and everything overall with my visit was EXCEPTIONAL! From the front desk staff who saw me struggling at the door (their front door is really heavy) and opened it for me, to the check in, clean waiting area, as well as a pleasant MA interaction while my vitals were taken. 5 star service for sure.”

“Outstanding Teamwork and Compassionate Care

I visited Sonora Quest Labs, located at 6106 E Broen Rd #101, Mesa Az, 85205 on Saturday, June 7th, arriving around 6:40 AM, knowing they opened at 7:00. There was already a long line, and several more people joined before the doors opened promptly at 7:00 AM. Despite the busy morning, I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was run and how many patients had already been brought back so quickly.

What truly stood out to me was the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the front desk staff. They handled the crowd with grace and made everyone feel welcome.

When it was my turn, I was greeted by a phlebotomist named Emma, who was gentle and caring. My lab order required nearly 10 vials of blood—a challenge for me, as I have small veins that often make draws difficult. Emma was able to get one vial before the vein gave out.

That's when the incredible teamwork began: Angelique, another phlebotomist, stopped by and kindly offered to help. She successfully located another vein and collected one more vial. Then Roque, a third phlebotomist, joined in and was able to draw the remaining vials with great skill.

It’s rare to experience this level of dedication, collaboration, and patient-centered care. What could have been a stressful visit turned into a very positive experience thanks to the compassionate and highly competent staff. Huge thanks to Emma, Angelique, Roque, and the entire team for going above and beyond!”

“We had a wonderful experience at Labcorp today with Sharon and Kim.

My daughter has struggled with blood draws in the past and gets very anxious, but they handled everything so calmly and kindly. They helped her focus on her breathing, kept her relaxed, and Sharon was very gentle during the draw. It was the smoothest experience she’s ever had.

We were in and out in about 20 minutes, and the care they showed really meant a lot. If you have a child who is nervous about blood work, I highly recommend this location. Thank you Sharon and Kim for being so patient and compassionate.”
