“This place is easy to find. The receptionist greeted me, gave me a Paper to fill out, I was called to the back for my test and was out of there quickly. The attendant was pleasant and helpful. The test was for bone density. You don’t even have to undress. My only complaint is that the handicap parking is not near the entrance.”
“My father is 91 and has cancer, he can not sit more than 10-15 minutes before he is in excruciating pain. For this reason I hate Labcorp and Sonora quest, the waits are unbearable. After calling several places desperate to find in home or at least a short wait, Jenifer at BioReference Laboratories answered with a friendly helpful voice. Jenifer understood my problem, even though she was busy, did her best to have all paper work done in advance of arrival. Jenifer had one client ahead of us as we arrived without appointment, and she got my father in and out, friendly, kindly and professionally. My father was extremely grateful as was I.Now I can tell you, even if my father gets in home blood draw, I will still need somewhere for myself. I will rather drive a long way to go here, where Jenifer is nice to me, the place is clean, and the wait is short, then go to one of the big, well organized with long wait labs.”

They had white boards that showed how many minutes behind each provider was. I had an appointment at the end of the day, but I was still seen on time and didn’t have to wait.NP L Bailey actually listened to my issues and made me feel heard. She wasn’t condescending when talking about my health issues and I actually felt seen. This is a very different experience than I am used to.I returned the next day to get blood drawn for labs. I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn, but Rachel (? I believe that’s her name) was fantastic. Her positive energy is contagious. Also, she has needle poking skills like none other. I didn’t even feel the needle prick and had no discomfort when my blood was being drawn.I can’t speak on the billing side of things yet. But so far, I really like this place.”

“This is my favorite location to go to. They are appointment only so services are done pretty quickly and on time. The lobby is small so there's not alot of room for a ton of people in one space which is pleasant. Francisco drew my blood recently and he was super friendly and very professional. He has great bedside manner and made sure I was feeling okay throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!”
“I read the reviews on Yelp the day before my appointment so I was kind of nervous, but I was very pleasantly surprised about how well my own visit went. It was my first visit, and I found the facility attractive and the interiors were very clean and in good shape. The check-in clerk was very friendly and courteous but she was very slow. She talked slow and she moved slowly. However after checking in and going through all my initial paperwork I was seated in the doctor's exam office exactly at my appointment time. The doctor is Mendonca and I really liked him from the start. At your first appointment it usually takes a while to explain what's been going on that has led you to see them, and I'm very long-winded but Dr. Mendonca listened attentively and was able to get a word in edgewise to make good points that were somewhat corrective in my thinking. He got the gist of the situation and both reassured me and yet urged vigilance with my kidney health moving forward. He ordered some tests to gather more information so I'll be returning next month and then a follow up with Dr. Mendonca in 6 weeks. I'm looking forward to working with him and I feel I'm in good hands with this doctor.”
“I went in today expecting a long wait. I filled out the information on the Kiosk and barely sat down in my seat until I was called back by Tucker. He was very friendly and zero issues while doing my blood draw. He explained the portal if I wanted to look up my results and also informed me approximately how long it takes to get the results. This location isn't the closest to my house but in the event I have to give blood again, I will drive to this location to do it.”

She was calm and kept encouraging my son the whole time. In times past with other phlebotomist, they can grow weary of the battle to get the blood draw. Maria was so patient and so kind.
