“Not a long wait at all. Very pleasant young man checked me in at front desk Doctor Medonca’s assistant also very pleasant. Dr. Medonca did not make me wait long, was fully informed of labs and past overnight hospitalization and did not need to look all this up. He explained that things were going better for me, went over my labs and a change in one medicine. He is one of two of my very favorite doctors in that he’s very kind, explains everything and truly cares about his patients. I’m very blessed to be able to be in his practice.”

Dr Marias is great with my kids. Very professional and great kid-friendly bed side manners. The nurse was always gentle and quick with vaccinations. Let's not forget the awesome prize chest. My kids looked forward to that.
We only came here for their yearly well-check appointments and had a great experience everytime, from scheduling all the way to seeing the doctor.
Evernorth is discontinuing Pediatrics this year and transitioning services to Banner Children's.”

“I'll start by saying that I dont go to any other facility other than this one for my blood draws, which are every week. I ask to see Jennifer because she is an absolute rockstar! I bruise like a peach and shes so meticulous that I hardly ever bruise with her.
However, I kinda hate that there isnt a front desk person. It'd be great if I could check in and then request to see Jennifer, instead I have to wait till I'm being called back and then let whoever is calling my name that I want to wait. Its not the worst thing, its just obnoxious because of how frequently I have to go in.
But regardless, Jennifer is amazing and shes the reason I keep going back.
5+ Stars for Jennifer, 4 stars for the actual establishment until they bring in someone for the front desk. :)”
