“The whole process on buying a car from them remotely out of town was very seamless and easy to do. Jeff the sales person was very accommodating, transparent, and clear throughout the entire process. I’m not sure why the negative reviews paint a different picture but my experience has been very positive. Communication was clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. Vehicle Was in very good shape when I picked it up. They were also very accommodating to work with me on a pick up date. From start to finish, it was a very smooth process. Luis answered all of my questions thoroughly with lots of knowledge and I’m leaving here highly satisfied! “I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”

Both Stirling and Cassandra were extremely helpful, double checked everything before they gave me the keys, and adjusted the schedule for my pick up and drop off quickly and politely. “Tyler and Kevin are amazing! I had called several other Uhaul locations before I knew this was the location I wanted to go with. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! We were moving from another state and had a few questions and concerns; they really made us feel at ease and actually seemed to care unlike the other Uhaul locations in the area who had such a condescending tone/attitude while I asked them the same questions. While on our trip we unfortunately ran into a few unforeseen issues, but Tyler and Kevin were able to help us out, going above and beyond to make sure we were able to do our move without anymore added stress! These guys are the absolute greatest, and know true customer service! If you are looking for a place to rent your Uhaul, I highly recommend getting it from here. Great service from beginning to end and they really take care of their customers, thanks guys!!!”

“Didnt rent from this location, i called 7 other locations near me, since my home location never answered, to ask 2 simple questions, tried for over 3 hours and nobody answered or called back out of those locations. This location, Jonathan answered immediately and was very professional, he was also able to answer my questions that my home store didnt because they never answered. If I were to rent again I would go straight to this location because they are there and ready to take your business. Thank you Jonathan for caring about your costumers.”

“Superstition Farms U-Haul is a great location to pick up U-Haul stuff. The staff were friendly, helpful and down to earth. The U-Haul was clean. I used the mobile app. It was pretty easy to pick up from the mobile app and drop off. I love that it is at superstition farms a family owned Homestead that has been here in Mesa for a very long time. Yes, there are animals, but it is also a petting zoo a farm stand with local goods. It was a great hometown fill like somebody you know.”

“Just started a lease agreement with this storage company. I ordered a 10x15 which was the correct size for me but located down a row that was so narrow and tight for me to get my trailer in and out. Devon went above and beyond to call me right away when this same size unit became available with more space around for backing my trailer in and out. He stuck to his word and made it happen!
