βJerry was awesome with the process for renting an U-haul making sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. Jerry was Approachable , courtesy and knowledgeable. Teresa was a sweetheart making sure the rental was all cleaned out and ready for us. We’ve used this location for quite a few moves and will keep coming back. Best customer service in East Valley.β

βThe whole process on buying a car from them remotely out of town was very seamless and easy to do. Jeff the sales person was very accommodating, transparent, and clear throughout the entire process. Iβm not sure why the negative reviews paint a different picture but my experience has been very positive. Communication was clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. Vehicle Was in very good shape when I picked it up. They were also very accommodating to work with me on a pick up date. I would highly recommend them as a source for business or service vehicle purchases. Thank you Jeff for being so accommodating and helpful throughout the process.β
βUpgraded me from a regular box truck to a manageable cargo van on the fly and took care of me when I needed it longer. Great place to go if you're moving yourself. Helpful and friendly, what more could you ask for.β
βTyler and Kevin are amazing! I had called several other Uhaul locations before I knew this was the location I wanted to go with. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! We were moving from another state and had a few questions and concerns; they really made us feel at ease and actually seemed to care unlike the other Uhaul locations in the area who had such a condescending tone/attitude while I asked them the same questions. While on our trip we unfortunately ran into a few unforeseen issues, but Tyler and Kevin were able to help us out, going above and beyond to make sure we were able to do our move without anymore added stress! These guys are the absolute greatest, and know true customer service! If you are looking for a place to rent your Uhaul, I highly recommend getting it from here. Great service from beginning to end and they really take care of their customers, thanks guys!!!β
βI have an unusual truck; kind of a Mad-Max rat-rod '79 Chevy 4x4. It needed a lot of work, there were many issues with it. I noticed Friendly's strong Facebook marketing and did research and they looked good, decided to give em a try. Contacted owner Steve, expressed my concerns, and he says "I know every inch of that truck". I like the confidence. Truck gets to the shop, the crew were professional and confident as well. Later I get this link texted to me which is this cool breakdown of what's good, what is so-so, and what is bad and needs repair asap. Steve gives me a quote, stung a little, but quality is something that costs money. You get what you pay for. (It's not the 90s, labor isn't $60 an hour anymore lol) I get the truck back and all these mechanical problems with the truck are gone. No more oil, tranny fluid, & gas leak. The new brakes; no more squeaking. Janky front end issues resolved. And the long-standing steering issues and finally completely fixed, etc etc. The best feeling is not stressing over it anymore. That is well worth the cost. Good job Steve & crew, you have a new loyal customer.β

βThey took good care of me. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me. I forgot to fill the truck and I put the key in the lock box before I remembered. I called Monday morning and he let me come grab it and run to fill it up. I also for got a broken piece of glass in the truck. Instead of charging he let me get it out. I recommend. βDidnt rent from this location, i called 7 other locations near me, since my home location never answered, to ask 2 simple questions, tried for over 3 hours and nobody answered or called back out of those locations. This location, Jonathan answered immediately and was very professional, he was also able to answer my questions that my home store didnt because they never answered. If I were to rent again I would go straight to this location because they are there and ready to take your business. Thank you Jonathan for caring about your costumers.β
βCame in to U-Haul store #723082 for a tow package on my new EV and I wanted to reach out and write this review to say how excellent and exceptional The customer service was given to me by Mr. Luis!! From start to finish, it was a very smooth process. Luis answered all of my questions thoroughly with lots of knowledge and I’m leaving here highly satisfied! He even brought me plenty of water to stay hydrated while services were rendered. Highly recommend two thumbs up great job!! 👍 👍β
βSuperstition Farms U-Haul is a great location to pick up U-Haul stuff. The staff were friendly, helpful and down to earth. The U-Haul was clean. I used the mobile app. It was pretty easy to pick up from the mobile app and drop off. I love that it is at superstition farms a family owned Homestead that has been here in Mesa for a very long time. Yes, there are animals, but it is also a petting zoo a farm stand with local goods. It was a great hometown fill like somebody you know.β
βThe day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help.Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.β
