“I met with Dan who checked me in and made the whole process so easy. He made sure I knew how to access the property, enter the bay, finding my unit, and anwered all of my questions. This is the finest storage facility I have ever used. You actually drive into a large climate controlled bay to unload your vehicle out of the heat and elements, then off to your unit. This is incredible! Thank you Dan and Extra Space Storage.”
“Brooke was fantastic! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me several different storage units and explain where each one was located within the facility so I could choose the one that worked best for me. She never made me feel rushed and made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Brooke!”
“I don’t normally write reviews, especially not for storage units but I have to give a shout out for Monica, the manager here who went incredibly above and beyond for us on an issue we had with several units. She was very kind and professional and handled everything for us smoothly and efficiently. Thank you again!”
“I DIYed a hitch on a MB GLB250. Did everything right and it looked great but after putting it all together I got a sensor error. I texted back and forth with Jason and he was very helpful. Eventually, I couldn't figure it out and I bought it in and he was able to correct the error. Super nice guy and very patience and helpful. I would recommend them for any hitch.”
“I just finished a call with Marc. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and made the transition smoothly. Thank you for all the help!”

“Francesca was great. She explained everything very clearly and got me on the road quickly. Check in was a breeze. The equipment worked perfectly and the ac kept me cool on a very hot day.”
“Classic U-Haul store. Trucks, trailers, hitches, boxes and everything else in-between. Store is located on Scottsdale road just south of Old Town Scottsdale. Location has good sized parking in the back with lots of vehicles available to rent! Downside of this UHaul location is that it is a good size, and with this much traffic, it will appear that service is slow as majority of customers are here to rent a truck!”
“Haven't needed a moving truck for 12 years so it was a bit new to us... but Martin & Victor took great care of us & made it easy! Thank you guys so much!”
“I always have a project in the works, and this Home Depot is hands down my favorite! Even though it's a bit farther from home, the exceptional service makes it totally worth the drive. The team here is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Today, I stopped by for more vinyl flooring, and Daniel and Michelle were amazing! Not only did they help me find everything I needed, but Daniel also didn't hesitate to assist with loading all the boxes into my car. Can't recommend this location enough!”
“Great service, interacted with multiple staff members including the general manager and had an awesome experience. Definitely would recommend and use in the future.”

“I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Jessica the Manager, at Extra Space Storage on Shea Blvd. & 116th Street. From the moment she returned my call, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Jessica the manager went above and beyond to make the entire rental process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable!
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Jessica took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and ensure I found the perfect unit for my needs. It's rare these days to encounter someone who is so dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to helping customers.
The facility itself is very clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it was the outstanding service Jessica provided that made this experience unforgettable. I left feeling valued as a customer and confident that my belongings are in good hands.
If you're looking for a storage facility that combines excellent accommodations with top-tier customer service, I highly recommend this one. Thank you to Jessica the manager and the whole team for exceeding my expectations and providing such an exceptional experience!”
