“Thanksgiving night and I’m in tight spot, a mess, a bind. I’m here on vacation visiting my daughter and her boyfriend. They are young and starting off in a new home where they don’t have most common household items. I needed this certain item to get a specific job done and I decided to venture out knowing most stores are closed for the holiday. I went to 10 convenience stores / gas stations looking for one specific item. I was going to give up but decided to try one more stop which happen to be Ray Mini Mart at 797 East Ray Rd. Patty, who was working the register was extremely helpful and friendly. She came through clutch when I needed it most. I highly recommend this location for all of your snacks and other goodies. THANK YOU PATTY.”

“Just did the stars so I could say something... find it interesting that the owner/respondent will reply to those reviews that are positive, but at no time responds to negative reviews. It seems most are are related to bad interaction or treatment by Ricardo or other. I realize there are reviews w/ accolades given to the fella & owner both, but that doesn't mean Ricardo or another employee can't or won't be rude when the owner/mgr aren't present...”
“Over the last couple of years, my mother and I have used this Uhaul location multiple times to rent our trucks and every experience is top-notch! Not only is the office always clean and stocked, but the trucks are always in good shape and ready to go without issue. My favorite thing BY FAR is the service! Christina & Ben are excellent - at every turn they are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, compassionate, and an absolute joy to work with...as is the rest of the staff they employ. This move in particular was a very difficult, stressful one, yet they all went above and beyond to make this part of it as painless as possible. I could not recommend this location more for all of your packing & moving needs, including storage. I will continue to ONLY rent my trucks from here!”
