“Was getting ready to head out on a trip with our RV trailer and while doing the safety checks noticed the lights weren’t working. Called to see if Fish’s had time for us to swing by and get them looked at. The person on the phone said “let’s see if we can save you some time and money” and told me where to probably find the fuse for the aftermarket connector U-Haul had installed in our vehicle so I could check it myself. In doing so I found that it had come disconnected entirely. Easy fix and we were able to get on our way. I much appreciate the help and honesty from a shop. They could have easily had us come in and made some easy money off us.”

“Thanksgiving night and I’m in tight spot, a mess, a bind. I’m here on vacation visiting my daughter and her boyfriend. They are young and starting off in a new home where they don’t have most common household items. I needed this certain item to get a specific job done and I decided to venture out knowing most stores are closed for the holiday. I went to 10 convenience stores / gas stations looking for one specific item. I was going to give up but decided to try one more stop which happen to be Ray Mini Mart at 797 East Ray Rd. Patty, who was working the register was extremely helpful and friendly. She came through clutch when I needed it most. I highly recommend this location for all of your snacks and other goodies. “We fill up propane and the attendant said it took very little and won't charge us for it. Still took an effort and time but he insisted for us not to pay anything. What an amazing gesture by Uhaul. We've always impressed by these guys, the company and this particular location especially. We've been going back many times and will continue to use their services and highly recommend U haul services. A true American company with amazing people!”
