They checked in with me with lots of questions, and even called me before the appointment to offer to come early which I kindly accepted. The cost estimate they quoted me was less than half of every other major moving company, even with the extra fuel charges for them to come up north to my area- it still saved a lot of money. “We hired Alliance to move our residential furniture locally to our new home. We worked w/ Jim. The customer service was excellent from his first answering the phone as we inquired about their company, price and availability, to the elbow bump between us after the last piece of furniture was carefully placed in our new home and payment made. We had several very old antique/family heirloom pieces. Each was given special care the whole time on moving day. The crew worked very well together. Jim himself was there with the crew supervising and helping out accordingly. The house we moved in already had some furniture in it. They were very kind to move that furniture to a different places within the home! One guy had to take apart one of our storage style beds in the old home, and then he put it all back together perfectly in the new home. Each worker was eager to please and do an incredible job. At payment, the final price was less than the quote. We are very happy with this moving company and am pleased to give a top review. Will recommend them to anyone.”
“What I liked about this place is they didn't ask an arm and a leg for a 10 x 10 shed. Of course I used it less than a couple months so my rates didn't increase . If they would have ....?
I'm paying 170.00/ mo for a 10 x 10 in Scottsdale but I've had it almost 2 yrs. No one should pay upwards of $200 for a storage shed when they're on a fixed income of $800/ mo. Just because they want to keep what's left of their life. It's sad.”
