“The day of my scheduled move with a different moving company, I was ghosted, never called, and they never showed up. I was frantic, ad I had took the day off to move, calling around to 10+ moving companies to see if anyone happened to have something sameday. I came across Family Moving and Storage, they had just finished up a job, and said they could be there in 30 min, no down payment. Caesar and Craig showed up, just as they said they would and started moving everything from my storage unit and then to my house. They were careful with everything, asked questions along the way to make sure everything was done to my liking. Very professional, and well worth the price. Definity would recommend again. The two gents doing the work showed up on time and we're very friendly and professional. They noticed a slight manufacturing defect in the felt before installing it, brought it to my attention, and ran back to the warehouse to quickly replace it. I was very impressed by how well they handled everything and would use them again without question. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend Billiards 2U!”

“As the owner of a car hauler that uses mobile home tires, I was horrified on a hauling trip to walk around my trailer and find a tire missing on one axel. After exhausting leads in tire stores to get this unusual tire INCLUDING the rim, I started randomly calling mobile home companies and Kathy answered my call at 7:30AM on a Saturday AM after the holidays. I explained that I needed an entire tire, rim and all, and could not seem to get ahold of one. Kathy assured me that she WOULD get me a tire and before 10AM, the retired owner(?) of the company, Bill, told me to stop by and get my tire. When my friend and I arrived, Bill was able to diagnose why my tire had fallen off (they need to be torqued to 100PSI and mine had not and wobbled off), and he helped us install the tire, substituting one of his rim clamps for a bad one of ours. He then checked the torque of my other bolts, gave me a nifty tip about using spray paint to check if there's slippage on the tire rim, checked and filled all my tires and took us on a tour of other options with those tires. Bill gave us not only his time but his expertise, and he also suggested some other safety fixes that I should have my home-town trailer shop look at. Bill had obviously come in on his day off, but he took the time to really make sure that we were safe on our trip and knew how to keep ourselves from having that problem again. Highly recommend!!!!”

“We recently moved across the country and rented a pod. The driver dropping it off and picking it up both ways were super kind and helpful. It was really nice to be able to load up and then drive with just a suitcase is essentials for a couple days until they delivered our pod. Ultimately we chose pods because it was actually slightly cheaper than U-Haul (once you factor in how much more gas it takes with a U-Haul truck and trailer pulling our car) and so much easier. Will definitely be using pods again!”
