I had a scheduled mover back out at the last minute when I needed to move my senior sister from Apache Junction to Sierra Vista on a Sunday. This was a very stressful move for her, so the only option was to find a new mover that day. Small Move Specialists showed up for us quickly. The movers were professional and very kind. They took great care in wrapping her special items. They were respectful of the encased flag for my sister's husband. It was an amazing experience. They moved her belongings into her new facility in the dark and took great care in helping her place items where she wanted them. This was a very long day for them, and they had amazing attitudes throughout, even hugging us at the end. The price is affordable and the service exceptional.

“We hired Alliance to move our residential furniture locally to our new home. We worked w/ Jim. The customer service was excellent from his first answering the phone as we inquired about their company, price and availability, to the elbow bump between us after the last piece of furniture was carefully placed in our new home and payment made. We had several very old antique/family heirloom pieces. Each was given special care the whole time on moving day. The crew worked very well together. Jim himself was there with the crew supervising and helping out accordingly. The house we moved in already had some furniture in it. They were very kind to move that furniture to a different places within the home! One guy had to take apart one of our storage style beds in the old home, and then he put it all back together perfectly in the new home. Each worker was eager to please and do an incredible job. At payment, the final price was less than the quote. We are very happy with this moving company and am pleased to give a top review. Will recommend them to anyone.”

“Needed to effect a move out of my apartment in California for a move to Arizona, and was looking for a storage unit close to my home and something which I could obtain in a relative quick fashion. Public Storage made the entire process quick and easy, and the unit I ended up with was clean and safe.
However, what made this the smoothest transition I have ever encountered with a scenario such as this was the largely due to my interactions with property manager (Kalei). I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was always professional, courteous and attentive. But her helpfulness in making sure that everything went smooth and the follow up by her after my move in shows that she is someone who really takes pride in her job.
I sure hope that Public Storage recognizes someone such as her for her continuous efforts and great care she shows to her clients. A#1 experience encountered mostly due to that lady. Thank you!”
