“Our dog eats a specific food that has been backordered from the online place we normally order it from. The food company said this is the place in AZ to get it. So I took the trip today to get some food and I am sooooo glad I did!!!! Very nice and clean store with a ton of different types of food including what I needed. Pricing was right on point with what I pay from the online store so much rather take a bit of time and support a local shop. Big props to Trinity and the people there who were all super nice and knowledgable.Absolutely worth going to get your dog food and support a local business!!!!”
“I go here for my Emu food! I’m so glad a place actually has it. The staff are all friendly. Prices are extremely fair and cheaper than ordering online which is awesome. It’s very rare that I have come in and they didn’t have something. They deserve all the stars!”
“One of the best reptile stores in Phoenix, Predators has pretty much everything an exotic pet fanatic would want or need. Really great quality frozen feeder mice and rats that are sanitary and vacuum packed. A huge variety of pets are available, including some gorgeous boas and skinks; but the real standouts are the amphibians and inverts - I’ve never seen such an array of tarantulas, scorpions, centipedes, isopods, millipedes, even beetles and mantids. Lots of plants for terrariums and vivariums as well. The staff are all exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly.”

“My dog doesn't like having his nails done so I texted Mad About Dogs to see if they could help. Their response was quick, and they let me know what days to come in so the owner Could work on him. I mixed up the days, but Victoria was able to do his nails while Caitlin helped hold him. They were both super sweet to my guy. It was a positive experience overall. Thank you!”
“Called about my rabbit. They got me in fast. They were all very nice and helpful. Explained and went over everything I needed to know and do. Prescription for her. And list of fresh foods. Changed her diet to adult and got suppliments . She's well and happier.

“Excellent experience from my initial phone call the lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, to arriving home with some yummy cherry flavored cow ears! My 7 month old Dane is terrified of pretty much any and every one and thing. The staff assisted me in lifting all 100 pounds of Walter into the wash tub. Their shampoo and conditioner although not overwhelmingly fragrant but leaves them with a very pleasant smell afterwards, leaving his fur shiny and soft! The amazing groomer took time out of her busy schedule to do a nail trim/grind on my terrified boy and she did such a great job, she was super patient and calm with him. Highly recommend Green Bulldog!”
“The Pet Shop is an absolute gem for all your pet needs! Their extensive range of items is unparalleled, and the variety of animals for sale is truly impressive. I regularly visit to pick up mice and super worms for my bearded dragon and snake, and I couldn't be happier with the selection. The staff is not only helpful but incredibly knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brock, who went above and beyond. He was friendly, shared valuable insights, and even showed me what a furry mouse looks like - a level of service I truly appreciated. The inside has a nice ambiance, though it does carry the expected scent of animals. The presence of a cool macaw adds to the charm, making every visit delightful. The Pet Shop has become my go-to place for pet food, and I can't recommend it enough. Five stars for the excellent service, variety, and the joy of seeing that charismatic macaw!”
“I made an appointment and took my pup to the self wash a few weeks ago at the Power & McDowell location . The girl working there was very sweet, informative, and kind. There was another person who walked in at the same time as my appointment and she made sure that since I had made the appointment I went first. It was very clean and cute inside. The self wash area was wonderful. The large basin with the steps for dogs made it so much easier than trying to wrestle my new pup in the kitchen sink or bath tub at home and the sprayer/ hose was awesome. They had every thing I needed right there to give my puppy a good scrub and provided towels and dryers to dry her off with after. I would and have recommended that other people go there and do the self wash it's much easier than doing it at home.”

“Been coming here since I was 11 yrs old , inspired me in everyway . The world has changed and more competition & raise of inflation/life has made it difficult but I pray they don't get burnt out . Without blue (cuban rock iguana ambassador) I would have never got one myself now I have my bestfriend for life . “The only place I trust to pick up some healthy chicks. I’ve tried other places after going here and they’re horrible! The chicks would die 3 days after. Pratt’s Pets has the best baby chicks and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“Just went to use the self wash, DIY Dog wash. The person there was very helpful, the place was clean, had 4 wash stations. The tubs were elevated and easy to use. They supplied towels, shampoo, everything you needed, warm air dryers too.”

“I brought my dog here for grooming and I am very happy with the groom. I moved from Texas and was having a hard time finding a great grooming for my sweet girl dolly. The customer service here was amazing from the moment I stepped in Alison at the front was very helpful with buying food as well. When I came in they went over everything with me that would be done and when I went for pick up I was very very satisfied with the groom dolly looked amazing. She was so happy this will be a second home for us. Thank you so much barking dogs. If I could give more stars I would.”

“I was at this store this morning and witnessed the most out of line customer I have ever seen. She was screaming and throwing an absolute fit at the manager on shift. Her anger seemed completely inappropriate for the situation of asking for a $90 refund. Gavin, who I’m assuming was the manager on duty, was kindly and gently trying to resolve the issue and never lost his cool even though she was berating him the entire 10 minute interaction. Kudos to this guy for his patience and calm demeanor. I hope she isn’t allowed to return to this store. I will say, her dog was very well behaved considering everything.”
“We brought home little Gertie three days ago, and she’s already proving to be the sweetest, most well behaved kitten. We first introduced her in my 19 year old daughter’s room, since it’s tucked away from my younger, louder boys room. She quickly decided that was her safe space. We keep the door open so she can come and go as she pleases, no pressure to her.
Now she’s getting braver with exploring and has even made her way to the back of the house, curling up on my lap in the sunroom office. My boys adore her and are so gentle with her. My 3 year old will happily play with her using the toy fishing pole for half an hour at a time, which is perfect for burning off that kitten energy.
She’s already such a loved little kitty. ? And I have to add, the two ladies who helped us with the adoption were so kind and helpful.❤️”
“I came to find bird food. The store was very clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for and they had a lot more variety of brands and types of feed then I've seen at other stores. I was easily able to find a variety that didn't have shelled sunflower seeds. The clerks were nice and friendly. It seems like a good store.”

I am planning on getting him 2 friends here in the next few weeks and will be going through Austin again, any time I had a question or concern he responded within minutes no matter the time. He helped me fine tone my enclosure for my little guy. Highly recommend going through these guys for a tortoise ?. ”

“For a while this chain of stores looked and acted like it going out of business. But they made some definite changes. Employees greet you and ask what you need. They put pet food on sale every few months in store, even Purina Pro Plan (in store only not online) The shelving is stocked again like they want your business now. Sign up for the email that is where you will see the 20% in store sales for the hard to get brands”
“I went to PetSmart to pick up some dog food for my Chihuahua. I found the store clean and uncrowded the gentleman at the checkout was very nice and friendly. He took me back to where all the dog food was at and explain to me and showed me the most expensive to the cheapest. Then I picked out what I needed for my dog. Some dry food and some wet food smooth and uneventful once again the gentleman at the register that it helped me pick out. The dog food was very nice and he was very well informed on the products that they sold which I found refreshing.”
