“We've been taking our Bernedoodle here for about 6 - 7 months now and I can confidently say this is our groomer. The owner does an amazing job and, unlike our previous groomer, Dippity's cuts are even and look great as our dog continues to grow out. He takes great notes and will give you the same consist cut and groom each time or you can ask for modifications (ears a little longer this time, etc.). We really love this place.”

“Bumped up a star today?. I came in for some fish and had a new guy help me out. Unfortunately, I think he just may have not known or not been familiar enough with fish care but it seems he may have filled the bag with cold tap water. Anyway, I got the fish and got home within 15 minutes. 1 of my 8 Tetra was already dead and it was noticeable that the rest were struggling. I had them acclimating in my tank for about 25 minutes but by that time all but one had literally gone belly up and sunk to the bottom of the bag. I immediately drove back and explained what was going on, luckily some aquatic competent employees were able to help. Even though those 8 fish didn't need to die today, it was nice to be met with understanding and have them replaced on the spot. All 8 made it back the second time and were doing well before lights out.Thanks again!”

“This is an updated Review since they got a new manager and new team members : The team members in Pet Market is a great staff!!! I just wanted to share that I always feel welcomed when I come in and they always check in to make sure if I need assistance. One night, I zoomed in the parking lot at 8:59 from getting off of work late , and Alex seen me running towards the door from afar and still let me in to grab what I needed with such patience and a smile! I was soo soo grateful! I'm sure he wanted to go home but he did not rush me at all and my little pup was happy to have his food :) THATS amazing customer service ! I'm excited to see Brooke as the manager now! Such a pleasant personality and always so helpful! You picked a good one! And let's not forget Kat! Very kind and always inviting ! Just met Zachary as well and a shining smile to add to the team! Thank you all for being you !”
