“Based on reviews, I called them to verify that there was a real post office inside and what time they closed. I gave 4 stars because I was immediately placed on hold and I waited for over 6 minutes for them to get back to me. All the while, I was able to hear them speaking with other customers the whole time. Once I was picked up and asked if I was still there, I said that I was, no apology, I said that I had a quick question. I was driving 2 hours to drop off mail at the post office and I want to make sure it was a real post office and that they were open until 5pm like it states online. She said it was real and said they close at 4pm. So, my question could have been answered if they had asked first what I wanted. If they need to place me on hold because my question needed more time, they could have. We will see how the visit goes.”

“Staff very helpful and very patient with me when I went in to verify my identity for an address change. I had misunderstood what they were asking me for, but it wasn't their fault. They demonstrated excellent patience and customer service skills and helped me get my issue resolved! I would give 10 stars if I could.
There was also no wait time”
“Why can't u get a agent or help on the phone and if u have a signature on file and you apply it and you have one in your mailbox why doesn't your post person deliver your mail?
Your automated service is crappy and doesn't connect you to anyone human.
So I raised my reviews stars because they made it right and went extra to fix my issue and sent the courier back out to honor my online signature and delivered my package like it was supposed to have been done ✅
So they get credit for fixing it

“I like when the parcel drop is open and working. I can just drop my package without going to a counter. They have a counter for parcels without waiting in line for worker

“The clerk at the counter was very nice apologized for the wait. She answered all my questions to ship an overnight letter. I’m sorry I don’t know her name. I could tell you she was an African-American. I hate putting labels on people like that.”
