I’ve been working remotely for more than 10 years, and I frequently need to print, package, and ship materials for events and projects. Over time, this FedEx location has essentially become my “office away from home” for those tasks.
What motivated me to finally write this review is the exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and customer service consistently provided by this team. Casey, Luz, and the rest of the staff have truly become an extension of my own team, always going above and beyond to help in any way they can.
Whether it’s troubleshooting why a file isn’t printing correctly, helping me navigate a last-minute project, or tracking down a shipment when all I can remember is, “that box I sent last Thursday or Friday,” they approach every situation with patience, expertise, and a genuine desire to help.
