My boyfriend and I have lived at Southern Ave Villas for over 3 years now and have really enjoyed it. With the new renters app, it is super easy to request maintenance and pay our rent. My family and I have lived here for three years.We’re always using the pool, gym and computer center. It’s very peaceful, clean and the staff is very helpful. We like that we have access to a lot of different restaurants and fast food places. We love living here.
