Maintenance, specifically Lorenzo, is fantastic, friendly, and diligent, addressing repairs quickly and communicatively. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and a game room with billiards and table tennis. While most neighbors are kind, there have been isolated concerns about a neighbor's behavior. Overall, residents are happy and feel blessed to live in this peaceful and well-maintained community.
Lorenzo, the maintenance Supervisor is fantastic. He is always on top of the repairs for of all of us in the complex!! We are so grateful to have him, we are blessed with his service and diligence....

Recently moved in and Autumn was amazing at getting us set up, very nice and helpful along with Lorenzo who fixed a couple things right away! Lorenzo was friendly and communicative.
