We stopped in to activate a phone and get the 5G home internet. There were only 2 customers in the store. After being ignored by the staff for 10 minutes, we left. No acknowledgment by the staff when we entered, or when we walked out.

This TMobile is amazing. Employees were attentive and friendly. Great customer service. Edgar helped me and did an amazing job. He answered all my questions and made the process of getting new phones a success. I am very thankful for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

Sean Conklin was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I walked out with a new 1+ and with a great understanding of a new phone! I have a local store closer to me, I will return here just for the customer service.
