24-hour access. Clean, safe, secure. On that last note, your unit is linked to your entry gate pin so even in the unlikely scenario that another renter tried to gain access to your unit, the alarm would sound, which I’ve never seen before. The owners are friendly and live on site. Everything about it recommends it.
