Everyone is always so friendly at this UPS. I'm typically coming in with 15 Amazon returns and they never make me feel bad for having so much stuff in my returns bag. And so far nothing I've shipped from here has ever been lost. 🙂

The UPS store at Gilbert & McKellips is my go to for returns, packaging, & other services. The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, courteous & gets you out quick. I always come out smiling.
