“Lanie was very helpful. I dont know if they actually read these comments or not but all good things to say. I was very overwhelmed with all the information as I dont process things well but she was very very patient and answered my questions even though I know i asked some multiple times. I have medication resistant epilepsy and have several types of seizures. Im at the point where I have multiple a day and I never know how many I'll have for that day wether its going to be 2 or 7 or 4 ect. But since starting their CBD program (not sure if thats the right word) I am currently 3 days without a seizure. My only complaint is that due to the neurological dammage I have not only from the seizures but from an accident I was in I really struggle to open the bottles every morning for about 10 minutes and its painful and fusterating. I know not a store issue thats a me issue. I can't leave the bottle open cause I've got cats that open drawers and cabinets unfortunately but I just thought id mention it because im sure there's some older clientele that may encounter a similar issue with the bottles being difficult and painful to open.”
