“Let me start off by saying there is a HUGE difference in a small local pharmacy than there is with the big chain pharmacies. I switched from CVS to Hand in Hand and glad I did. CVS has rude staff, corporate rules and are completely not helpful and over the last couple years are frequently out of medications. Hand in Hand helped me get a prior authorization and worked with my doctor and the insurance to get something approved. CVS will basically throw their hands up and say figure it out.”

“Officially, now one of my favorite places in the world. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. I had previously purchased some CBD oil (for my migraines) from here and it lasted more than year. Today, after finally running out, I walked in to purchase more. I told Casey I had been suffering from a migraine for 2 days, she was determined to help. Dr. Grant gave me a chiropractic adjustment and Ryan followed that up with a massage. By the time I walked out, my migraine was gone! Thank you so much Casey, Dr. Grant, and Ryan!”
“Medmetrics for the win! My dr called in some meds to another pharmacy and I was unable to get any type of communication from them. They could not tell me the cost, quantity or when it would be ready to be picked up and stated it was still in the “system” and could not do anything until it was processed but no telling when that would be. I was asked why it took so long they stated that they ensured that it was “made correctly” but could take up to 5-7 days with no other information.
Medmetrics to the rescue. The pharmacist was very upfront - gave me the cost, when it would be ready by and answered all other questions for me. Amazing communication here and nothing hidden which makes me feel so comfortable about the meds I’m taking.”
