“I’ve been shopping at DS for about a year now and can say they have a great variety of quality products. I personally love the My Paz meals and some of Evi’s treats, the cinnamon bread especially. This review is mainly for Michael though, he always has the best customer service and goes above and beyond to help me and make sure that I am able to get the products I want as they sell out and don’t have near the inventory at the Gilbert store I go to like the Scottsdale store does. He is especially more helpful to me now considering you aren’t able to call the store anymore as it just goes to an automated system unfortunately and without him I almost certainly would never be able to get my desired products, so thank you Michael!”
“I actually love the products but cannot give a high rating because of the following issues which I TRULY hope they will address like they “say” they will… (but do not): (1) Some of the foundational products, like Restore, are SO messy, wasteful and inconvenient to use due to very poor packaging. Worst thing about that is: (2) The company actually manufactures this (and others) in convenient packaging (*see lower right side of image)… but REFUSES to sell it to customers except in certain “kits”. Makes absolutely NO sense! (3) Auto ship does NOT equal free shipping like virtually all other companies. Only credit towards products I don’t want. (4) Their website is a nightmare to navigate and figure out. Not intuitive. Not clear. Not easy. (5) Product details and instructions are written in tiny print that no one with normal 20/20 vision can read without magnification… even tho there is plenty of room to make it larger. AGAIN: I hope they will address these issues but after visiting the corporate offices and talking with the international head of customer service all I see is an acknowledgment that these issues exist and need to be addressed… that they intend to… but after 5 months there is no evidence that they actually will make these needed improvements. I remain hopeful only because the products are so good.”

The staff is very knowledgeable and also work around your needs to find the right product selection you are looking for.
