“Wish I could give 10 stars. Our 128i had been sitting since March. Just got back to Mesa before Halloween and dropped it off after setting up an appointment. Car was throwing a bunch of codes was expecting the worst. A couple of hours labor, couple fuses and a relay later, car is running like a champ!! Love this place!! They've earned my respect, trust and business.”

“Set up an 845 appointment to have a new tire mounted to new rim, plus new sensor. Arrived a little early and they took truck in on time. I was kept updated on progress and was back on the road by 905. They checked all tires and topped them off to 40psi and made sure all sensors were reprogrammed.”

“Probably one of the best and most importantly, one of the most honest/no-nonsense tire and mechanical shops in the valley, especially for heavy-duty vehicles. These guys know their stuff, and don't try to talk you into work. They are one of, if not the top re-tread specialists in the country. They also have the ability to work on very large motor-homes and quite often have large truck equipment on their lifts being worked on. They do mobile work and fleet work as well. Keith and Hudson are always very helpful and have quite a bit of knowledge about the products they supply, both tires and mechanical. Usually quite speedy service, unless they're busy, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion, since it means they maintain their customers by doing right by them. Definitely much less pressure about things, giving off that neighborhood, mom and pop shop vibe, but with soo much more to offer with their capabilities.”

“I visited this location to get some nails removed from my tires. After an hour and a half I was informed that one of the employees tore the bead of my tire making it unusable. They didn't have a tire in stock to replace the one they damaged, so I was required to come back the next day for them to fix their mistake. I was told to arrive at 10:30 that morning for a quick correction to their mistake. I arrived on time, but my vehicle wasn't addressed for another 45+ minutes. In summary, they made a mistake that cost me time and money.
After a few more mistakes, and several hours, the management made things right. This team might have had a terrible day, but they made the effort to make things right.”
“Just had a set of Atturo Trail Blade all terrains installed. The crew who did the work were great! They got me out almost 30 minutes ahead of their schedule and really knew their stuff. They were very cool about me looking at my vehicle while they had it jacked up( after ensuring I had eye pro and closed toed shoes). Good bunch will do business with them again.”
“I brought my semi in to have a tire patched. They were very honest and told me that the screw in my tire did not penetrate and that I was good to go, free of charge. About of companies wouldn’t do that. Honesty is everything and I appreciate that they were honest”

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. Chalio is truly one of a kind, honest, straightforward, and genuinely looking out for his customers. Instead of trying to upsell me on the most expensive option, he told me exactly what I needed and why, which is rare these days.
They helped me fast, which was a huge relief since I was in a rush. I got all four tires on my Nissan Armada replaced (I drive a lot and go through tires pretty quick), and the service was not only quick but done right.
