Today I discovered a stick in my tire, between the sidewall and tread. I showed up w/o an appointment around 4pm, fully expecting them not to be able to fit me in until tomorrow.
CARSON went above and beyond. He reassured me that I won't have to use a sick day for a simple tire replacement. He got me wedged in and had my vehicle done. They even stayed late to help me out. They need to give Carson a raise. Good people like him are a rare find these days.”
