“I had them put my cat down the other day. From the moment I walked through the front door I felt like I was doing the right thing. I was immediately put in a room with my cat for a few minutes before I heard a light tap on the door. The door opened and I swear the blonde girl that came in the room looked like an angel. She carefully took my baby out of the cage and wrapped her in a blanket and promised me that she was in good hands. I couldn't go into the room that they put her down in but felt completely comfortable handing her over to this angel. Thank you for making me and my baby feel like we were the most important individuals the place. God bless this business to be here for people for a thousand years.”

“This place is amazing. It is a drive for us but the experience we had is worth it. They cared for our pup and explained everything. The tech Elena and Dr.Waller took their time with our Girl. They are very gentle and caring. We have been to many different offices since moving away from the valley and this by far is the best. The communication is so important along with the way people handle your babies, We will be back. Well hopefully not.... but if we have to go back to vet they are who we want to see, so they better not go anywhere...lol Thanks guys for actually listening and caring for our girl.”

From the first call to the last communication they explained everything and were helpful and made sure I understood what they were telling me. It's obvious the surgeon is top notch. I had more communication with Dr Vidal than I did with the surgeon who put a plate in my leg. The care was great, our horse is on the mend and my wallet didn't take a huge hit either. “The Pet Wellness Center off Dove Valley in Phoenix is nothing short of extraordinary, and Dr. Stinnett is an absolute gem.

We’ve known for years how wonderful this place is, they’ve cared for several of our dogs over time, but this visit was especially meaningful and unforgettable. We brought in our 15-year-old, three-legged, amazing boy Jake after one of the scariest mornings we’ve ever experienced. He woke up unable to walk, unable to see, and in severe pain. He had also experienced a seizure earlier, and given his age and sudden decline, we were truly afraid this might be the day we had to say goodbye.

Dr. Stinnett took the time to give Jake a thorough, thoughtful exam, ran blood work, and, most importantly, treated him with compassion, confidence, and care. She knew, even when we were unsure, that this was not Jake’s time. While the exact cause of his episode wasn’t fully clear, Dr. Stinnett was confident that Jake still had good life ahead of him and she was absolutely right.

Just four days later, Jake was back to his normal self. Seeing him walking, seeing, and acting like our happy boy again felt nothing short of miraculous.

“I am so grateful for Dr Rahal & Neidigh! Our 5 year old German Shepherd ate some oleander and things went downhill so quickly. It was too late to save our sweet girl but we feel they went above and beyond. The communication was great. Dr Neidigh was so patient with our many phone calls and questions through this process. Dr Rahal was researching endlessly to try and save her. Unfortunately there was nothing left to be done. As terrible and painful as this was for us, we truly felt like everyone involved in her care was extremely compassionate & frustrated at the lack of options we had.
