Today was my first time working with Dr. DePaola and holy smokes... what a FANTASTIC experience! She is sweet, knowledgeable, and was incredibly interactive with my 2 dogs I brought in today. I love all of the vets here but I have to say, she will most likely be my go-to for every appointment. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel pressured to do anything, she was kind and very easy to talk to, she answered all of my questions and made me feel like there was genuine care and concern for my furry family members. I could have sat and talked with her for hours!

Sassy was seen by another Vet and MIS-Diagnosed!
I was told by the “other” Vet that Sassy has a torn ligament in her knee!
I was given 2 Vet Surgeons names by the “other” Vet. I was not comfortable taking Sassy for what appeared to me to be a very gruesome, life changing surgery. I was at a loss as to what to do.
We feel God led us to Adobe - Dr. Newland.
He is very thorough, informative, has excellent communication skills, is very kind and has a special way with animals. Adobe Animal Clinic also has an amazing Staff! They are very kind, caring and extremely gentle with the animals.
AND are extra helpful and it is obvious the genuinely care.
It is really wonderful to know your pet is in great hands, especially when already concerned for your pet’s health, not to feel like you need to second guess the treatment or the Vet.”

“If you want compassion and understanding - go to this vet! I have a 100lb, 14 year old, senior dog that is very strong and very scared. They are very willing to work with me and make my boy feel as comfortable as possible. They are very accommodating. I have a few other dogs this vet has seen as well. One of which has diabetes. Apparently a lot of vets don’t carry insulin which is insane to me, they were able to immediately get my dog the life saving medication he needed - same day! I’ve been to a lot of vets and this place is now the ONLY place my dogs will go. I would like to personally recognize each employee at this vets office.

I sent out emails and Becca reached out to me. She is certified pet nutritionist and has had her own journey of healing so I booked a consultation with her.
She educated me on what happens to the microbiome, so on her recommendation, I completely changed Murphy’s diet, then got him a microbiome test.
Through that company, I am adding a protocol that will restore his gut health which will allow his body to heal.
I now purchase all my food through this beautiful store and I’m so grateful for Becci!s support and follow up.
You can see the difference in these pictures. Having cutaneous lupus, it impacts Murphy‘s eyes. He had a very bad flareup and after changing his diet, you can see the difference that even three weeks makes.

“We moved from Michigan where we were blessed with a wonderful family vet. We had 3 prior Golden Retrievers and they passed away at home with the help of our vet. Each one more devastating. Our Teddy was a “service dog” loyal loving and true. He greeted patients, helped deliver free books to children, and traveled to 34 US states. He helped build our Arizona practice. We had bad vet experiences until one of my patients gave her highest recommendation for Dr Brad and his team. He responded on a weekend by text. He came the next day with his state of the art mobile unit. He performed a comprehensive physical exam showing Teddy was sick. He texted us right away when the labs showed very sick. He helped us keep Teddy comfortable and guided us to a merciful decision making end. Teddy picked the spot in our home where he wanted to pass and Dr Brad and Gabrielle accommodated. “I had just purchased my pet bobcat, who I’m fully licensed to own, and I was passing through Phoenix on a layover when he stopped eating and seemed sick. After trying four different veterinarians for a wellness check, Raintree Pet Resort was able to squeeze us in.
The doctor was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel warm, cared for, and genuinely supported during a stressful time. He also appears to be one of the few veterinarians in the Phoenix area with the experience and qualifications to work with exotic animals, which meant so much to me.
The two women at the front desk were probably the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Everyone was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about my cat. They even asked to see pictures, which showed how much they truly love animals.
Their facility is beautiful, and the entire team went above and beyond for both of us when we really needed help.
Even though we live in Wyoming, I’m honestly considering flying back to Phoenix to have this doctor be my cat’s primary veterinarian because of how compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful he was.
I seriously would not hesitate to choose this doctor and this team. Highly recommend.”

Dr. McCoy is so knowledgeable, has great bed side manners instantly putting the pups at ease, is able to make things easy to understand for the human involved, and is transparent about cost and what the dog may need as well as options. I never feel pushed into anything and always leave with knowledge and feeling great about the decision.
