“It is a treat having a convenience store in our development. I assume the owner(s) are working a business plan that works for them and stock the store with what they think will sell. I find it has some of the stuff I may want or need at any visit but not enough to avoid driving to a grocery store down the road. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. The folks who work there give it their all. What makes no sense to me is the price of gasoline. Now about ninety cents per gallon more than low price competitors down the road. Maybe they don't really want to sell gas except for golf carts and gas powered tools?”
“Only gas station in the active adult community of Saddlebrooke, Arizona.There are other stations down the road on Oracle Road.They also have a quick, convenient store as part of the Shell station.In general, I use the gas station quite a lot. The gas prices generally are higher priced than other stations.I like using good quality gasoline, which Shell is known for.Although, for some reason, on their pumps, no Top Tier sticker.I'm not sure if it is TopTier gasoline?”
“Great store, friendly staff. Clean restrooms. This store is larger and stocks quite a bit more variety than your average dollar store. Went there while passing through the small town of Mammoth Arizona, and left with quite a bit of merchandise I had never found in other similar stores and a very reasonable prices.”
“Staff is always friendly whenever I go to this store. I frequently go since I live in San Manuel. I’m appreciative that we have a couple dollar stores to choose from for shopping. Very convenient for small items in between large grocery trips. There’s a lot of traffic in and out of this store all the time. It’s less expensive than having to go to a gas station. It’s small of course so it won’t have all of the items a larger dollar store may have. But I feel they have a pretty good assortment considering it’s serving a small community.”
