“I like going to Big Brand Tires. They always get my vehicle in right away. They are very friendly and never try to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them and would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“Honest techs. How does that get better? The service was great. On time. Professioal work. Friendly service. They could use some better air conditioning!! Too warm in the waiting area but I will for sure go back for service.”

“Most times I’ve gone here, I’ve gotten pretty good service, sometimes, depending on who’s working, it seems a little less good, but never really had a bad experience yet.”

“They did a great job fixing and painting my car after an accident. We were so happy with their customer service and the speed of the job they did. My car looks like nothing happened. They smoothed out the paint to look like surrounding areas. We recommend them to everyone!”
“I got a low tire warning on my dashboard. Stopped here. They checked all my tires, aired them all up a bit and sent me me on my way in about 5 minutes, for free. Nice guys and great service.”
“Having noises coming from under the hood sounding like a fan belt flipping around and then items hitting car parts as they exited was very disconcerting while driving in 3 lanes of rapid traffic. I drove into Pusch Ridge Automotive at noon hour with no appointment and 15 miles to go to get home. The owner and manager was extremely helpful and courteous, found road tar stuck to a tire which was zinging off as I drove. I felt much better as I left road tar behind for the next 15 mile and listened to what had become music instead of sheer panic.”
