“Needed help with replacing a chain for my two small chainsaws and when I called with my request to also have help putting it on was told no problem come on in. Raul not only found and replaced the chain on my small one but even though they didn't have my other chainsaw's chain available, he assisted me with putting on the old chain back on and wrote what chain I would need to order for the second one. I told him I wish some company would set up a class for older women to learn to do home repairs and landscaping. To many are without anyone to help them. Edit. July 20, 2026: Had an energetic employee (Hiede) take me to find pipe insulation tape, which I NEVER would have found. And she was eager to help me mire, if needed.
Then at checkout, a lady cashier in a wheelchair was zipping from one self-checkout register to another, in an effort to help customers. I apologize for not getting her name, but if you see her let her know that I appreciated her maturity.... which is lacking at most places.”
