However, some customers have not been approached by available staff to find things, leading them to leave. The store has reduced its indoor plants a lot. While generally positive, experiences can vary; one customer received a simple refund for an incomplete item without an exchange offer. Seasonal merchandise, like Halloween items, appears early.

I had some handiwork I needed to do yesterday, which required specialized knowledge. Being old and slightly misogynistic, I was disappointed when the person who came to help me was a woman. Lorraine turned out to be incredibly knowledgeable and taught me a better way to handle my project.
