“We bought a 64 quart ice chest in Green Valley and they loaded it for us. We didn't discover until much later that it didn't have a drain plug. Called and spoke to Benjamin in Green Valley several times however were not able to get a replacement cap from them. Ben recommended I get a hold of Steve at Midvale. Steve was on vacation at the time, then spoke to Dave. After Dave's diligence search and request he was able to locate a replacement cap for us and expeditiously contacted us for pickup.”

“I have not been to the store but used their pick up donation service.The men called before arriving. Gave 30 to 40 mins warning.Came with an empty 16 feet truck that had a lift.Moved all the furniture and bins of household goods.Both men were professional and didn't damage the house while moving the item out to the truck.It saved me a lot of money because I didn't need to call junkers.I scheduled on the 8th of October to have a pick up date on the 20th of October.Plan ahead!It is going to a good cause and not a landfil.”

“Mark from the garden section (@ El Con Mall location) stood out and made my Christmas tree shopping experience the best I have had in my many years of buying trees from The Home Depot on Broadway and Pantano. I typically expect some young teens/20's kid sitting in the corner who barely know how to use a chainsaw. I was ever so pleased this year where there was an actual caring employee who was there to ask questions about what I actually wanted and helped me to find the best tree I have ever gotten from Home Depot.The fact that I called into the H.D. on Pantano to just verify what time they are closing and they said 6:40pm on a Sunday is crazy to me. Who closes at such a random time on such a popular Christmas tree night? Oh yeah young teens/20's year olds. Makes perfect sence now.”

“I went in search for a new toilet seat. I shopped as I went, looking at all the sales and picked up a headlamp. Found the items I needed but alas no help around to get them out. I struggled with it and got what I wanted and proceeded to the check outs where they had 5 self checkouts and 1 manned. There was too long a line in the manned so I opted for a self check out. Stood in line about 5 minutes and then the person helping us on the self checkouts called me over and helped me get started. Like this store but I don't like the standing in line.”

Home Depot reminds me of Walmart crowded and hit or miss if what you're looking for will be there.
