“Needed help with replacing a chain for my two small chainsaws and when I called with my request to also have help putting it on was told no problem come on in. Raul not only found and replaced the chain on my small one but even though they didn't have my other chainsaw's chain available, he assisted me with putting on the old chain back on and wrote what chain I would need to order for the second one. I told him I wish some company would set up a class for older women to learn to do home repairs and landscaping. To many are without anyone to help them. “Had an amazing time here today! Very unassuming from the outside, but well organized and clean inside. I enjoyed the colorful signage of the different departments. Not something you see very often at Restores, but I thought it added to the charm. Prices are better than other places in the area. Or at worst, competitively priced. Also the lovely lady at the checkout counter was very welcoming, helpful and sweet! Even took the time to compliment my nails. I can't wait to revisit this lovely store!”

It appears that the change in management a couple of years ago has had positive resilts.
Edit. July 20, 2026: Had an energetic employee (Hiede) take me to find pipe insulation tape, which I NEVER would have found. And she was eager to help me mire, if needed.
Then at checkout, a lady cashier in a wheelchair was zipping from one self-checkout register to another, in an effort to help customers. I apologize for not getting her name, but if you see her let her know that I appreciated her maturity.... which is lacking at most places.”
