“I had to get my fingerprint card and I called to make an appointment and they were able to provide me multiple times that day to get my appointment. The parking was easy and the guy who gave my fingerprints was super kind and friendly and made absolute sure that the fingerprints were perfect that way I wouldn't have to redo it or they sent it back. it was easy and definitely would recommend!!!”
“I always make appointments when I need to get my bloodwork done and there website is straight forward and easy to show you how to schedule ahead time. They also accept walkings as well, so you don't have to have an appointment. Another neat thing that I like about. Sonora Quest at least the one that's off of Orange Grove and Corona boulevard behind Northwest Hospital is you can check-in and then give you the opportunity to put on there. If you're gonna be waiting in the lobby or you can wait outside. And they'll text when they're ready for you. The front office staff are really friendly. Also phelbotoist's that takes your blood are really experienced and also friendly

“Check-in was easy and very straightforward. There was a miscommunication between my PCP and Labcorp regarding orders. Labcorp was extremely professional and patient with my frustration. After two faxed attempts, orders were received and I was in and out within minutes. Big shout out to the phlebotomist who drew my sample. It was smooth, fast and painless. “No appointment but time went quick on a Monday morning. Gabriella was great! Very efficient and comfortable. Great customer service. You have to sign in on one of two kiosks. No receptionist. The phlebotomist will get to you as soon as possible. It can take awhile if you do not have an appointment. All part of the new medical process we live in, it seems.”
