“After having a partial hip replacement, I was provided with in home physical therapy. Rob Husch came twice a week for 3 weeks. He was careful to assess my condition and determine what therapy I needed. He did exercises with me and set up a clear program that I was able to follow on my own. He modified the exercises as I improved. We also did walks as part of my regimen. I advanced tremendously over these three weeks to where I am getting around easily and feeling strong. It was a pleasure working with Rob. He is easy to talk to, understanding and clear in his instructions. Certainly worked for me.”

“I needed a refill on my compounded prescription and have been going someplace else for three years now and they Have been needing a longer and longer and longer leadtime, which used to be maybe three days now a week and a half, two weeks. Anyway, I was going out of town and they wanted $150 to speed it up and it would still take a week. So I called Metier because I’ve been getting something else from them and they had it ready in a day and a half With no additional charge.
I have always had a very kind customer service from them and in this instant they went above and beyond and I think I talked to the owner and it was really pretty amazing. And my sublingual meds taste way better than the last place.”

There is a Starbucks inside which is nice. The stand out department is the hot food counter. Best in the area by a long shot. Fry's and Walmart could learn a thing or two from the well stocked selection of hot food items at Safeway.”

“I’ve used Ranch and CVS for my pharmacy needs the past 5 years. Every time I can I try to use Ranch. They are so helpful, easy to work with, and priced comparable to CVS. The customer service experience is night and day different and they can deliver many meds when you don’t have time to drop by. The only time I don’t use them is in rare occasions I need something when they are closed. Every time that happens I am reminded how much better Ranch is compared to the traditional in store pharmacy.”
“Oddly there was a line with only two cashiers open but they did have 7 open self check out lanes. It was still a long line.
Store was clean and well stocked.
Signs for lines was a bit hard as half the store has secrioned aisels and the other does not.

I told her my situation and asked how I can get the cheapest price for my life-saving medication. She got it down to $75/month, saving me hundreds compared to other pharmacies. She's also quick to catch errors, interactions and review side effects.
