“I have really found my bank! I know most banks have friendly employees who help the bank customers but National Bank in Payson Az is the best I have ever experienced. All the tellers are very nice and they all know my name and say hello when I enter the bank. The bank manager even calls me by name! Recently my mother passed away and there has been more than normal transactions and the manager has explained a lot of the transactions, which I really appreciate because I am 73 and I get confused!
So I would recommend National Bank to anyone who is looking for any and every bank service. Payson National Bank is the best!!”

“The purpose of this review is to report positive experiences and push the negative comments farther down the list, so they are less visible.
When we came to Payson, we were happy to find this Chase branch here, and open for business. We brought our account with us and this branch is convenient for our use now. We have not had any problems here, and when I have a question, I have found people ready and able to help. If they don't have an answer, they find someone who does. This branch has personal bankers available to help with private client services and concerns the tellers can't or don't have time to dig into. Seeing a personal banker means making an appointment, which can be done at the teller. If it's a slower time, they might be able to see one right away. The branch is clean and the people like their jobs.
Wheelchair parking is available and there is a rear entrance/exit when heavy traffic prevents turning onto Hwy. 87. Walkup ATM access is out front and also along the north side by vehicle.”

“I just opened an account, the friday before labor day,and already I'm frustrated. I see 2 year old posts explaining the same 1 star behavior. I deposited my entire paycheck, a check that draws on pnc bank. The branch manager set up my account when I presented the check, I told him I needed cash back. He just deposited the whole thing. When I asked about cash back , he referred me to a teller. The teller then told me I couldn't access my funds for 24 hrs. I told her it was a pnc check I deposited and demanded the check back so I could cash it. They refused, and the branch manager assured me I would br able to use the atm by just tapping my phone.
I made him show me. The attempt failed, app said I needed an eligible account. He swore it was a known issue, and he said he would kick it upstairs and call me when it was sorted out. I can't wait to see him tomorrow. He deliberately lied. Of course I'm just a peon small depositor, so it's ok to just lie and let me swing in the breeze with no access to my money. Im glad I have to wait so I can cool off.

Update: This situation was resolved to my satisfaction, They were quick to reach out and talk to me. Thanks PNC staff, that's more like it.”
