“I was made to wait 1/1/2 and my car still sat in the parking lot. Arrived at 1:10 for a 1:00 appt., left at 2:30 without my car being seen. I don't know if this has happened to other customers or I was discriminated against for some reason but I consider it a disregard for a customer. In my opinion Brakes Plus sucks. This happened at the brakes plus on Dysart by Walmart. You need to respect your customers. I'd rather pay than wait in limbo.”
“Grease Monkey has been my go to center for oil changes for the last few years. My vehicle was always serviced at the dealership but that was always a half a day adventure. Speaking of my last experience I fortunately came in when no other vehicles were there. I was done in about 10 minutes and on my way. Even past times, I think my longest wait was maybe 30 minutes. The convenience and speed puts no strain on a busy schedule.”

I needed immediate attention on my jeeps fuel pump, as it was leaking and they couldn't get me in right away so they sent me to Joe at AAMCO. He was great, quick, straight to the point. I never felt once BSd and he got me in and finished my jeep same day. I would definitely recommend the service and would 100% go back to this shop. Long story: Where do I start… I started hearing a noise in my transmission about a week or so ago and took it to a shop in Gilbert (NOT ELSTON AUTO CARE). Explained to them the noises and issues I was having and after 2 days at that shop they quoted me $7k for a transmission replacement. They told me it had looked like a “glitter bomb” had gone off inside of the transmission…
I then went to the Focus ST forum and had multiple people mention Jesse’s name. Jesse (within 5-10 minutes of my post) reached out to me to see what was going on and I ended up deciding to take it to Elston Auto Care.
Within 30 minutes of the car showing up Jesse had it on the lift for inspection. He called me by the end of that day and had raised suspicion to what the previous shop had found. He had not found a “glitter bomb” in the trans fluid and told me “I don’t want to pull the transmission if that isn’t the real problem”. He then mentioned a faulty transmission mount can cause that (along with some other issues) and said he’d drain the rest of the transmission fluid, fill it up and check it tomorrow morning. The next morning he found the transmission mount had been split into 2 pieces causing the horrendous noise.
NOT ONLY did he diagnose the problem correctly but he saved me from having to spend $7k on a new trans from the other shop, or $2-3k for a rebuild. I feel so many other shops would just screw you and charge you for the trans replacement or rebuild…
My car will only ever go to Elston Auto Care from here on out. Jesse is the man along with the entire staff there!”

No trying to up sell you on things you don’t need. Very honest in their dealings. No dirt or oils on the white seats or steering wheel. Customer lounge area very clean and orderly. This was the first time using this service facility. This will be our go to service facility for the BMW 440i”
“My daughter was heading back to college in a week and her car broke down, so I was in a panic. We had one week to find her the car she had on her wish list. Our search included the entire SW. Audi Arrowhead just had a price drop on a Mazda CX-5 Premium Pkg, the best price and condition we could find. Jourdan got on a video call with us to show us the details of the car and I was on a plane to Phoenix the next morning. Jourdan was even willing to pick me up at the airport. Highly recommend this father/son shop, the crew's teamwork to bust out a custom cat-back exhaust was impressive. eBay exhaust died, so brought in Flowmaster resonator and muffler. They bent 2.5" aluminized steel piping to make a one piece exhaust after the catalytic converter. This is a lowered car, so they also tucked in/up the larger diameter resonator which was the lowest part of the new exhaust. Excellent work, caught some janky stuff upon inspection, addressed all minor issues, exhaust is 100% bulletproof, and sounds great!”
