“Grease Monkey has been my go to center for oil changes for the last few years. My vehicle was always serviced at the dealership but that was always a half a day adventure. Speaking of my last experience I fortunately came in when no other vehicles were there. I was done in about 10 minutes and on my way. Even past times, I think my longest wait was maybe 30 minutes. The convenience and speed puts no strain on a busy schedule.”

“Last week I had a flat tire at the entrance to the car wash rack. Dylan The Manager and Jesiah Assistant Manager both stepped in , changed my spare tire and got me to the Audi dealership to replace the tire! “I’ve had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on 91st Ave/Olive Ave many times in the past, so when I was having trouble with what I thought was a fairly new Battery , I decided to drop in and have it checked. I was on the phone with a friend and she said “Oh, they’ll sell you a replacement battery even if yours isn’t dead”. I knew I had had my battery replaced recently just couldn’t remember how long ago but decided to stop in and the very nice technician. I think his name was Allen checked my battery and told me I think it’s probably your key fob. This battery is good and was changed out only just a year ago. We don’t have the batteries here but if you’d like I can research the type of battery and have you come back and I’ll change it for you. I was so happy that he didn’t charge me for a brand new battery as my mother is going through bladder cancer and every penny counts these days. I just was very impressed with his honesty and his willingness to help.”

“Jesus L. the detail manager at this location did an amazing job with my car. I'm on the VIP membership and I explained my predicament to the detail crew. I told them a passenger had spilled a large cup of soda between the seats, and there was a pungent smoke odor of Marijuana. Some time later, and my car looks factory new. The odor? I bet that not even a drug-sniffing dog could find any trace of the smell! This location always does a great job, but they really went above and beyond for me. I'm very appreciative and I'll be coming back again very soon!”

“I was made to wait 1/1/2 and my car still sat in the parking lot. Arrived at 1:10 for a 1:00 appt., left at 2:30 without my car being seen. I don't know if this has happened to other customers or I was discriminated against for some reason but I consider it a disregard for a customer. In my opinion Brakes Plus sucks. This happened at the brakes plus on Dysart by Walmart. You need to respect your customers. I'd rather pay than wait in limbo.”
