If you've been to a few bike stores, they often make it difficult, seemingly annoyed by novice questions...not the case here. Ended up using the service solely due to the person I encountered. When I brought my bike in for service, a different guy was just as accommodating and friendly. Either great hiring or training, either way, thank you.”
