After a little haggling, we agreed on a price ant they were able to repair it on the spot. I’m very pleased that I was able to avoid an aftermarket audio unit that wouldn’t work with all my cars features. I will definitely be using their services again.”

“Installed outside TV and sound, now we can be in the pool and watch TV, had 65", installed by Gregory and team, Gregory was there entire time watching each step, glad he is very picky to do it right, also fixed (made our home theater) inside work the way it is suppose to, love both, TV is clear, good picture and sound, finish work was very well done too, they had to climb and wire it is incredible how well it worked, clearly very difficult to get wires where they need to go, but it went very smooth.”

“My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. I am so grateful for her honesty. I commend her for doing the right thing and also the Cricket store for hiring honest staff. My son caught the bus back and picked up all of his money. God is good. Thank you Julia. We are very grateful.”
“Cricket hasn't been my favorite service sometimes, however when needing help, Rodrigo on 19th and Glendale location was very helpful with my boyfriend's search for a new phone. We purchased the phone and received a phone case and screen protector with it. I recommend going to this location over some of their other ones.”
