We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open.
I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue.

**They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there. It's the closest storage that has climate control available for us.
We were unable to access our units because the gate was locked for HOLIDAY HOURS! ( found this later as the sun was on the keypad and couldn't read the issue)There was no holiday, I was able to get in because there was a guy that was already in. But then I couldn't access my inside unit and that was when I saw the holiday hours. So I was LOCKED INSIDE because you can't get in or out without your code! There emergency after hours sends you to the police dept! So I called them, they came out about 20 minutes later, they had a contact for after hours BUT NO ONE ANSWERED!! Meanwhile the guy that had come in had gone and we trying to figure out how to get me out. The guy luckily came back and I was able to leave. But there were several other people with the same issue.
Monday I get a call apologizing for the incident from Kathy the mgr, explaining they had entered the wrong date for the closure, they are closed all holidays.
So why the do they care if we go into in our units on holidays or not? They aren't there on Sundays (or obviously in case of emergencies) so why should holidays make any difference? It was either her or Frank the Dist mgr that said they want people to spend holidays with their families?!?? What?!? They now want to monitor people's family time? The whole incident was ridiculous, and they don't have any good reason for the holiday issue. If you want more access it's a very convoluted process which I am going to try to get authorization for.
I have never rented a unit that was closed for Holidays and am checking with another place down the street to see availability because THEY ARE NOT CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS.”

“Quick and easy experience picking up the U-Haul. This is the second time I have used them for my move. Never had a problem, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Great job!”

“I originally went to the location on 67th to rent a truck and auto trailer. It took the other location 2 hours to try to figure out why my trailer lights weren’t working ultimately for the other store to give up and send me away. I came to this location on 87th and was helped by Hayden and Brady. Once the situation was explained they couldn’t believe the other store gave me such a hard time and the run around and both gentlemen immediately set to work to fix my issue. Brady fixed and corrected all the paperwork that the other store messed up while Hayden immediately hooked up my truck to my new trailer to not only discover that the truck was the issue by not sending the correct signals to the trailer, but he also fixed it in 5 minutes! What took the other shop 2 hours to do a half assed job these gentlemen went above and beyond to fix and rectify within 20 minutes! Super grateful to both dudes and will absolutely come back to this location for my future uhaul needs.”

Went across the street to U-Haul where Heidi was able to quickly accommodate my needs with friendly smile ? ? The truck was clean and was easy to drive from Prescott to Peoria, AZ! Hooray!”
