“This storage was referred to me by the manager at my business storage in Mesa when I asked if there was a location near Glendale or Sun City for my parents and Uncle/Aunt. They needed drive-up units and enough space to fit their home items in prep for sale (bigger sized). I had a call a couple of days later letting me know I had $50. credit to my account for telling my family! Completely unexpected! Nice managers and nice customer service!”
““I’ve had a storage unit here for a while and I finally got to meet a new property manager named Anthony. He was super helpful and made me laugh the entire time. Immediately walking in he was very welcoming and very nice. The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and he seemed to have an answer for all my questions without seeming like a boring desk clerk at most storage places. His outgoing-funny personality felt like I was just talking with long time good friend. I would definitely recommend renting from this Public Storage. They really seem to care about their customers and really take care of their properties from what I could see. “I don't normally leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. I had looked at this storage facility before and honestly wasn't impressed. It was dusty, dirty, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so I ended up looking at other places.
I recently stopped back in and couldn't believe the difference. The place looks amazing now. The floors are so clean you can literally see your reflection in them, the lobby windows are spotless, and the whole building feels clean and fresh. You can tell that young man has put a lot of hard work into turning this place around. Oh I wish I had gotten his name. Mr.Clean is who I am going to call him. With all respect!!!
What I liked just as much was the customer service. The manager was friendly, and the staff actually came out to talk with me instead of just staying behind the counter. They answered my questions, made me feel welcome, and never made me feel rushed.
Seeing how much pride they take in the property made my decision easy. I'm glad I came back because this is where I'll be storing my belongings. If you're looking for a clean, well-kept storage facility with people who actually care, I'd definitely recommend Peoria Grand Storage Solutions.”
“If there is no way to avoid the strain of renting a storage unit, then Thunderbird Mini Storage is an excellent choice. Prices are very reasonable - 1/3 to 1/2 of similar facilities I have used elsewhere - and it is on a wide, quiet street with easy access. Rentals include a lock, and the gate code system has always worked efficiently (it closes at 8 pm, just so you know). Finally, the manager is an angel. She keeps a bery pleasant front office and actually sends greetong cards to her customers.”

We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open.
I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue.
**They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there. It's the closest storage that has climate control available for us.
We were unable to access our units because the gate was locked for HOLIDAY HOURS! ( found this later as the sun was on the keypad and couldn't read the issue)There was no holiday, I was able to get in because there was a guy that was already in. But then I couldn't access my inside unit and that was when I saw the holiday hours. So I was LOCKED INSIDE because you can't get in or out without your code! There emergency after hours sends you to the police dept! So I called them, they came out about 20 minutes later, they had a contact for after hours BUT NO ONE ANSWERED!! Meanwhile the guy that had come in had gone and we trying to figure out how to get me out. The guy luckily came back and I was able to leave. But there were several other people with the same issue.
Monday I get a call apologizing for the incident from Kathy the mgr, explaining they had entered the wrong date for the closure, they are closed all holidays.
So why the do they care if we go into in our units on holidays or not? They aren't there on Sundays (or obviously in case of emergencies) so why should holidays make any difference? It was either her or Frank the Dist mgr that said they want people to spend holidays with their families?!?? What?!? They now want to monitor people's family time? The whole incident was ridiculous, and they don't have any good reason for the holiday issue. If you want more access it's a very convoluted process which I am going to try to get authorization for.
I have never rented a unit that was closed for Holidays and am checking with another place down the street to see availability because THEY ARE NOT CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS.”
“I have been renting from CubeSmart for almost a year now, and I have been extremely satisfied with their service. The units have air-conditioning, are exceptionally clean.amd secure. Grace and Bell are amazing. Yesterday, they handled my issue fast and hassle free. They customer service I received from Grace yesterday simply shocked me. I've been in Arizona for 8 years now, and I have not received such personal, kind and friendly service from any business before as I did yesterday from Cube Smart. Thank you Cube Smart 🤓”

“Went in to this location on an early Friday morning to pick up a 20 foot moving truck. The general manager Deanna was there, she was so kind and so incredibly helpful. I was moving and on a really tight budget. I was talking to her about my situation and she did absolutely everything she could to help me save money. She helped me save $50 on my trip and gave me extra mileage and an extra day. I could have cried when she did that. I 100% recommend doing business at this location.”
