“We hired Gainey Flooring Solutions to demo our fireplace, including removal of a hearth step, and then retile using large format tile. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our entire experience! Though our job was a relatively small one, Bruce made three separate trips to our home beforehand to review the space, take measurements, discuss various aspects of the project, make suggestions on alternative sizes and styles of tile (one of which we adopted), troubleshoot when our first choice wasn’t available, and discuss his estimate. He added us to the schedule without a long wait, and then stopped by again as the job was progressing to make sure things were moving along smoothly. As his crew (Luis and Alex) proceeded with the installation, they asked our opinions on various design options, offering their own suggestions but not pressuring us in any way. They did an excellent job cutting and installing the tile with precision, were diligent and professional, kept the workspace neat, were careful with our furnishings, and finished on schedule. All for a very fair price!!

In choosing our contractor, we did not have access to personal recommendations from friends but received referrals to Gainey Flooring Solutions from two tile suppliers. We were originally considering including a new shower floor along with the fireplace. At one store, the sales associate handed me two business cards and stated that if we went ahead with the shower portion of the project, we should absolutely choose GFS since it was important with a water-related project to hire someone who would be certain to do the job right.

Also, after deciding to use GFS, we mentioned to several neighbors that they would be doing our project and it turned out they had recently done a shower remodel up the street from us. These neighbors commented on how impressive their work was, so we know of a second couple who also had excellent work done by GFS! Every time I walk through our living room, I am struck by the beauty of our fireplace. We highly recommend Gainey Flooring Solutions!”

“Love my new kitchen & laundry room but there were hiccups along the way.Started working with one designer and after many, many months of planning and tweaking the design I go in one day and she is gone. Travis took over. He had lots of good insight and tips. The order went well. Things progressed as scheduled. Delivery was great. Everything was unboxed so I could examine each piece before it was moved into the house. Installation went smoothly. Greg did a beautiful job. He even had to build one special cabinet on-site. The finally day of installation I was not able to be in attendance & that’s when Hiccup #1 happened. When I returned home, although the installation was “done” some trim pieces were missing. This is also when I realized the upper kitchen cabinets only had one shelf. I assumed there would be two as all my life my kitchens had two shelves! I called Travis to schedule someone to come finish the trim and to order additional shelves (this is October).Next a guy came to measure for countertops. He too was prompt, efficient and appeared to do a good job. Then was the counter install. Hiccup #2. This is a quartz countertop, one of their most expensive options. The install guys were nice and did a good job but the seam where the two pieces were joined was in a very noticeable place. It still makes me frown every time I see it. (I realize the installers did not choose where the seam was located. Someone at Marfam, the fabricators, made that poor decision. In the future I will know to question where the seam will be.) Also, they could have done a better job caulking.It’s now November & I’m waiting to hear from Travis about the cost of the extra shelves and when someone is going to come finish the trim. Call the office. He doesn’t know yet. December rolls around. I call again. He’s waiting to hear back from the cabinet builders & he’ll get the trim fix scheduled right away. Meanwhile I can’t put things away in the kitchen because I need the shelves. A week or so later the shelves are ordered at last. The shelves arrive end of January /beginning of February. Hiccup #3 Shelf clips are included with the shelves but they are a different type. They are thicker than the others so the shelves are now too wide to fit. I call Travis to get different clips & to ask if anyone is ever going to come to fix the trim. Hiccup #4. Apparently there was a mixup and it never got on anyone’s schedule. I will say, it now got quickly scheduled. Today Junior came to finish the trim. He was a dream. Did everything I asked, was cheerful and even creative when figuring out a fix for one of the cabinets.In conclusion, the cabinets are beautiful, the countertop is beautiful (if you look past the poorly located seam), everyone was nice and easy to work with. I’d only say that the following through on some things was slow. After spending $45,000 I expected better.Would I use Diamond Kitchen & Bath again? Yes, I would. I’d just be on top of their follow through more.”

“Found what I needed for an actual mobile home , if you go to Home Depot or Lowes it’s hard to find a front door , bathroom shower etc .. I recommend mobile Home Depot for anything that has to be replaced or fixed with your mobile home needs , very recommended…”

The first company made an in person appointment and then gave me the hard sell. Constantly calling for my decision. Creative glass corresponded with me by text 1st and gave me an estimate which was $600 less then the other company. Creative Glass then came out measured and the price was the same as quoted. No hard sell just good honest service. I recommend this company for your glass needs.”

“We had some misunderstandings with our flooring order and ordered the wrong floor for our house. It was a 1900 sq. ft. that was ordered and delivered. We went in the same day and AMY helped us with our problem. She took care of everything. The wrong order was picked up the next day and the correct order was delivered the following day. She is a gem, as she took care of everything including the credit for the returned flooring. It couldn't have been easier. She took care of the charges as we had to only pay for the one delivery and not for the the extra pickup and delivery charges. This is not our first experience with Floor And Decor.
