New layout is better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick and convenient. All in all the experience was good.

The store is always organized and clean and a good selection of merch. One thing that I don't enjoy is the lack of customer service. You self serve check out and there are no employees on the floor to answer questions. I realize it's the trend but sometimes we need help out there....
