“We were looking to upgrade our old iPhone and decided to do it in store instead of doing it online. Melanie greeted us with a smile the moment we walked in and helped us in picking up the one that we liked. She spent a great deal of amount in explaining all the upgrade options we have and even helped us to cancel a line that was lingering in our account.

She was extremely proficient in her work and more than that, she was very customer friendly. I wouldn’t mind visiting this center again and recommend other friends and family as well. Definitely a 5 star experience.”

“This is one of only 3 or 4 corporate stores in the whole valley, All the other t mobile stores are kiosks/ Franchise stores. I always go out of my way to come to the store for the last 20 years Because of the professionalism of the employees which is way above what the kiosk stores can offer.”

“I was there on Feb 22 around 10:30 am. Only one young lady there and I didn't get her name. Had issue with apps on phone using extreme amount of my data /GB only a couple days into billing cycle and used close to half of what I get. She found problem took care if it wasn't pushy about any sells helped me find a phone I want and will be back to buy once it is in stock even took my number to let me know when available”

“I stopped in with a little time to kill. I had not been inside a Target to shop in I don't even remember how long... I walked in expecting to see rubber ducks, but I guess they have not made an appearance at this location. I wandered through aisles, just looking for things to spark my interest. While I did not see any mini brands books, there were a TON of other mini brands items. Their summer or springtime section had a lovely selection of cotton candy that I just had to have. The store has really changed from the last time I was in, but if you give yourself a moment to look around you will find something. I like the app is so user friendly, so I was able to add on a 5% savings for my purchase. I don't do in person shopping much, but I can see myself going back to entertain myself in the future.”

“Outstanding Service from Brandt – A True Problem Solver!

After a month of frustration—visiting multiple Verizon stores across different cities and making nearly 15 calls to tech support—Brandt at the Verizon store located at 24930 North Lake Pleasant, Arizona was the only person who could resolve my issue. In just two minutes, he fixed my text messaging problem, something no one else at Verizon could accomplish.

Brandt's professionalism, exceptional customer service, and problem-solving skills set him apart. His impeccable attitude and leadership qualities make him more than deserving of a managerial role.

It’s unbelievable that I had to fly from Texas to Arizona just to get this resolved. The amount of time and money I lost—along with the customer complaints I received—due to Verizon's incompetence is unacceptable. I can’t help but wonder if Verizon is taking responsibility for the inconvenience caused by ineffective support elsewhere.

At least one person—after over 30 days of frustration—was finally able to fix the issue. Brandt is the one! Verizon is lucky to have him, and I hope they recognize his value.”
