“I've always come to this location because they are always straight with me, help me with more than I've asked, and don't put commission over brilliant customer service. Ari was especially helpful when I walked in inquiring about fixing my phone and she gave me the honest run-down/step-by-step on how to efficiently get it fixed and which steps I would need to take worse-case-scenario if customer service isn't able to resolve my problem. She also helped my Dad a great deal with plan and internet questions and absolutely deserves recognition for all she does especially considering (in my opinion) customer service isn't as great across the board as it was before COVID hit it seems.”

“I stopped in with a little time to kill. I had not been inside a Target to shop in I don't even remember how long... I walked in expecting to see rubber ducks, but I guess they have not made an appearance at this location. I wandered through aisles, just looking for things to spark my interest. While I did not see any mini brands books, there were a TON of other mini brands items. Their summer or springtime section had a lovely selection of cotton candy that I just had to have. The store has really changed from the last time I was in, but if you give yourself a moment to look around you will find something. I like the app is so user friendly, so I was able to add on a 5% savings for my purchase. I don't do in person shopping much, but I can see myself going back to entertain myself in the future.”

We were going to cancel our account after a combined total of 40 years + with Verizon due to the customer service (non-service) we received on the 800 number. She patiently explained what happened & resolved our issue. She is an excellent representative of Verizon and should be valued. We met with her more than once with great results.
