“When you come in to the office of Youngtown StorAmerica, you'll be greeted by a gracious and knowledgeable manager, Miss Colleen. She will answer questions you didn't even know you needed to ask. You'll find a lot of rules at this facility and and she makes curtain certain they're all followed. (Regardless of who you are). It bothered me initially, but then I realized that their put in place to protect us all. As well as the Co. Example; your next door storage neighbor pulls up with their music blaring and it's making things uncomfortable, but before you know it, Miss Colleen has it handled. She's pationate about her job and will help you in any way she can. I'm a fan of her and the facility she manages.”
“I had a storage unit with Got Storage for close to two years since the unexpected loss of my partner, my young family and I got priced out of our apartment and we had to move fast out of state. They worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was able to keep my sentimental items I had stored. I recently came to visit the state and square away my storage unit, as it had become more difficult to keep the payment up. Ed was able to work with me on the payment, get my storage unit closed and let my family and I get into the unit to recover our sentimental items. Having suffered our losses within the last few years, on top of having lost most of my items in a different storage unit situation during my childhood, it meant and means the world to me how much Ed worked with us to make sure that cycle was broken.Thank you Got Storage for your compassionate customer service and for being a great storage facility overall.”

“I called today to ask why I was charged more this month than last month — Mr Wesley was very professional , courteous and patient with my questions - he explained that rent goes up every.so often and that in my case —my storage had gone up — I started paying way less than $200:00 , and in less than 3 yrs . I’m paying over $300:00 dollars —and mentioned that every year they have being going up in storage rent — I could not afford to stay and needed to move out — he came up with a very helpful solution and , I decide to stay —- thank you Mr Wesley- for helping my retired budget afford to stay at this facility —- I recommend that any questions or concerns you have at this facility’ —-you can call on Mr Wesley . “Did everything remotely to move in a hurry without knowing where I was moving to & got it all done with an 86 hr work week. Could not have done it without this place & they were so helpful by the phone to make sure I didn't need anything. They did stick pest prevention in my unit & I took no pests into the new apartment thanks to them. Didn't have any pests at the old place either. Was so convenient to just sign up online & do the app. Highly recommend their services & this location. It looks rough in the neighborhood however they do a great job at being a safe storage facility. Well done Public Storage!”
