“Great job all! The facility easily accommodated the tight turns for our 26-foot U-Haul and an SUV towing a 16-foot cargo trailer. The locks are top-notch, and the entire setup is highly professional. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. Their professionalism was well above and beyond what I am used to at storage facilities. They worked seamlessly with me and the crew I hired to unload in 100-plus degree heat. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—handling little things most people wouldn't notice, like offering cold water, assisting with the gate, and recognizing our vehicles during our frequent trips on that grueling first day. On top of that, they were just incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!”
“Kate and Mark at Extra Space Storage on Tatum in Phoenix were beyond helpful as we navigated downsizing into a smaller unit after 10 years! More than anything, they helped us with timing, finding a convenient new space near our old space and guiding us in the process of donating many of our things that we no longer needed.
What we thought would be a long and frustrating project turned out to be very manageable because of them. They are extremely professional and friendly, and the storage facility itself is always immaculately clean, well lit and safe.”

They are, without a doubt, two of the most helpful, kind, professional, and communicative people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in customer service.
From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I had the information I needed and felt taken care of. They are incredibly patient, understanding, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about helping their customers. Their communication is exceptional, and they always make an effort to keep me informed rather than leaving me wondering what is going on.

“We really liked Pecos storage and would have never moved our RV but we wanted covered storage. That was the only reason for moving! It is a great place to store RV’s and boats. The roads are paved and very wide making it easy to park. It has a dump station, RV wash area and they can fill propane on the RV’s. It is very convenient to anyone living in the Ahwatukee area.”

“I stored my RV long term at AZ Park it. Lynn was extremely attentive and took the time to ask questions and my needs. It is a secure lot which gave me much peace of mind. It was convenient when I needed to stop by to get some things a few times. She met me there and was very helpful. It’s affordable and when I was ready to leave she had my RV pulled out and ready to go.”

“I have recently moved to Phoenix and this was the U-Haul I decided to drop off the trailer and U-Haul to, as well storing my items here. Very friendly staff and they were all very kind as well. The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. If I'm moving again in the future, I'm for sure coming back to this location.”
